Here at MHANY, our goal is simple. To unite all New York State modular home tenants under one name. Advocating for tenant rights, improvements to communities, and for all tenants a peace of mind. We hope that YOU are willing to help us achieve our goal: for all Modular/Mobile home Tenants the Justice that they deserve, so that they can call their house, a home.

I am apart of a Tenant Board. Can I join the cause?
Absolutely! we encourage all Tenant Boards to sign up with us! The only requirements are being within a Mobile/Modular home park, and be residing within New York State.
Will there be any Retaliation if my park owner knows I am involved?
No. MHANY will advocate for all Tenants, regardless of membership or not. any retaliation that occurs will be contested by our organization.
There is no Tenant board for my park, can I still join?
Of course! While having a Tenant board is more beneficial in the long run, any person can join our organization to help unite all of our tenants under one alliance.
