I am a nonprofit leader, tenant advocate, and community organizer committed to advancing fair, safe, and dignified housing for manufactured home residents across New York State.

As President of the Hoffman Tenants Advocacy Group Inc. and a founding member of the Manufactured Housing Alliance of New York (MHANY), I work at the intersection of resident advocacy, policy reform, and community empowerment. As a manufactured housing resident myself, I bring lived experience, credibility, and a deep understanding of the challenges tenants face within an often-imbalanced housing system.

I am known for providing steady leadership during complex legal and regulatory matters, translating policy and process into clear, accessible information, and ensuring residents’ voices are heard by decision-makers. I work closely with attorneys, legislators, state agencies, and community partners while remaining firmly grounded in the needs and realities of tenants.

My advocacy focuses on strengthening tenant protections, addressing retaliation and unsafe living conditions, and promoting transparency and accountability within the manufactured housing system. I believe informed, organized communities are essential to creating lasting change.

Through my work, I strive not only to challenge unjust practices, but to empower residents with knowledge, confidence, and collective strength—so housing remains what it should be: a place of safety, stability, and community.
