Privacy Policy

The Manufactured Housing Alliance of New York (MHANY) is a Tenant led Alliance that exists to educate, organize, and support Manufactured Tenants to work together, share information and address state-wide manufactured home issues. MHANY will NEVER share any data collected from individuals or organizations with anyone, unless given permission from all parties involved. MHANY will never share any communications with 3rd parties, such as the use of Email, phone calls, Text, or through messaging apps such as Facebook Messenger, Instagram, X, ETC. By addressing these statements, all data from organizations and individuals will be kept as confidential and to only be used within the Alliance. Any violations of this policy must be reported to the communications manager for further action at the request of the beholder.

MHANY is NOT associated in any way to a homeowners association (HOA). MHANY will never suggest any forms of community rules, violations, or enforcement of any kind. As a Tenant association, the Alliance believes solely in the Tenants individually. Any violations of this rule must be reported either to the standing president, or to the Communications manager.
